Yugen Kombucha is a fast growing kombucha brand and we are
looking for digital marketeer jobstudent / trainee.
Yugen Kombucha is an organic fermented tea drink that comes in
various flavours. We at Yugen are passionate about creating tasty
and healthy drinks that make people feel good. As a company
Yugen cares deeply about sustainability and social issues.
Caring and sharing is part of our DNA: we produce eco-friendly
and donate 2 cents per bottle to the Yugen Foundation, focusing
on developing social entrepreneurship.
The digital marketeers help with all aspects of marketing.
This is a wide range, going from content creation, website optimisation,
social media, creating visuals (photo/video), social media marketing
(Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube,…), advertising
campaigns, to influencer marketing, press, webshop strategy,…

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the student marketing skillset, he or she will get
a variety of responsibilities.
Inspire the people of the Yugen brand.
Willingness to capture content (photos, videos, customer
testimonials) to help build our social media presence.
Networking with local influencers, artists, millennials... to create
content about Yugen

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Contract: student
Days are predominately weekdays with occasional weekends.
Workdays are predominantly between 9 am and 6pm.
Events can be longer.
Position based in Ghent offices.
Speak and write Dutch, English and French fluently.
Preferred to have a valid driver’s license.
Able to work in any social setting, alone or team setting.

ESSENTIAL PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

As a Student Marketeer you’re expected to be knowledgeable about
the product and the brand. This is a customer facing role so Yugen is looking for individuals who are driven, responsible, have a sense of urgency and share a passion for healthy drinks & lifestyle. We want you to be the positive, fresh and outgoing face of Yugen Kombucha.
Speaks clearly and persuasively in all situations. Responds well
to questions. Demonstrates group presentation skills.
