WE ARE LOOKING FOR A 'SALES JUNIOR' IN AMSTERDAM

Are you a self-starter with a love for health in general, and kombucha in particular? Do you feel like selling a lot, learning and have a talent for building warm relationships? Then you'll be right at home at Yugen Kombucha. Yugen Kombucha? Yes! Yugen is the biggest kombucha brand in Belgium and is now ready to conquer the Dutch market. Yugen goes for the best (fresh!) kombucha available, through an expert fermentation process, organic ingredients and culinary flavours, combined with art and design.

As our Sales Junior, you will become the face of our kombucha in the Netherlands, generating leads, recruiting and retaining customers in the restaurant, bar and event sector, and liaising with shop owners. Thanks to your clear explanation, product knowledge and enthusiasm, you ensure that they too choose Yugen Kombucha on the menu or shelf. Working independently in the Dutch market, you will be supported by a sales activation team and work closely with Yugen's founders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You provide new sales opportunities for Yugen Kombucha; you know that for growth, cold acquisition is important. In other words, you generate new leads and pitch Yugen to potential partners in hospitality and retail.
• Account management; maintaining relationships with current customers.
• You collaborate to increase brand awareness, working with a network of influencers, organisers and entrepreneurs, among others, on activations.
  

MUST-HAVES

• You love healthy drinks and ditto lifestyle; knowledge of kombucha is an advantage, but we will be happy to help you with this.
• You are self-starting, ambitious and entrepreneurial; you thrive on the combination of freedom and responsibility.
• You are young and driven; they also call you a young dog.
• You are positive, problem-solving and have lots of energy.
• You are well known in the hospitality industry and a culinary enthusiast.
• Sales is not new to you.
