Yugen kombucha is unpasteurised, so it has to be stored in a refrigerator (<7°C).
Your order will be delivered refrigerated within 1 week (in general it is 3-4 business days).

Your order will be delivered refrigerated within 1 week (in general it is 3-4 business days).
Delivered goods are accepted as returns within 14 days after delivery, without penalty and without valid reason. To return the goods the buyer should send an email to shop@yugendrinks.com. Goods have to be returned in original packaging and original state to Yugen at the address Speldenstraat 1, 9000 Gent. The buyer is responsible for the transport of the returned goods. The returned goods need to be stored at max 7°C at any time.
Goods should not be returned using COD. Refunds will be made on the given bank account after the returned goods have been inspected.
